The Positive Wolf

This analogy of the 'positive wolf' allows one to step back and real'eyes' a scenario or picture that tends to repeat in our lives. Some questions to consider within your personal contemplation: How do you internalize this external stimuli? Are you more apt to congratulate yourself or beat yourself up? Is your default mode to put others ahead of you? How can you change your negative script and treat yourself better? Then, with this new contemplative awareness, you can approach those same situations with greater conscious effort to move forward in a way that suits you. If you do this consistently in a personally supporting manner, you are now feeding the 'positive wolf.'
